2000
- Start-up as 2 people company outsourcing software services for US market.
- Sales model focus on online sales
- Signed 2 customers in the first 2 Ms.
2001 - 2003
- Explosive growth in US customer base provided resources to expand into Western Europe and Asia
- 1st IT company in Romania with market penetration in Asia (Japan, Hong Kong)
- 1st IT company in Romania to become ISO 9001 certified for UK/France/Germany
- Blue chip customers like Siemens, Matsushita, NTT DoCoMo & Intel
2004 - 2005
- Core management moving from 2 people structure to 8 departments
- Large US & UK telecom customers: ATT Wireless, Verizone, Vodafone
- Began focused growth on core competences: embedded & testing
- Significant investments in Sales & Marketing targeting Romanian market and large UE funded projects
- Quality Management System – CMMi Level 4 in progress to allow penetration of very large accounts
2006
- Client split began to show first large accounts
- Specialization as main verticals with Telecom & High End Electronics
- Investment in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Quality
- Acquisition by Addeco
2007
- Established sales partnership for Germany and Nordics
- Focused on Telco, Navigation Systems and High End Electronics
- Contracts with large accounts for Perm Placement (e.g. Ericsson)
- Established recruitment engineers implementing best practices from UK
