CHALLENGE
In May 2007, our client, a global provider of mobile multimedia devices wanted to open a Global Support Center. They needed our help in order to attract and recruit 50 top skilled IT engineers and 80 fresh graduates with technical background. By leveraging technical professionals’ background, their purpose was to build special functional teams focused on different telecom areas.
