Enea Romania

Our top skilled Team Leader of Enea shares his professional experience.

Cosmin Stanciu, 27 years old has been with Enea Romania for almost two years.

What’s your background?
I am a Computer Science graduate of Politechnics University in Bucharest. Due to an internship, Motorola hired me right after graduation. I’ve been there for three years as an embedded software developer and later as a technical project leader. In 2006 I joined Enea Romania and later in September, ENEA team based in Bucharest (at that time we were only two people).

What projects is your team involved in?
Working on Enea projects, we have several teams that basically mirror Enea organization from Kista R&D division.

We have two Enea Romania teams, that work on projects to add support for new HW for Enea OSE and Enea OSEck products; we also have two Enea Romania teams that provide the networking and communication support for Enea OSE and Enea OSEck.
My team is involved in updating and maintaining test systems for most of the other teams.

What does Enea Romania mean to you?
It’s a GOOD company with a GOOD background.
I get to work with GREAT people that are professionals and team players.
Also, most of our R&D projects deploy truly ‘cutting-edge’ technologies and offer the chance to learn new things.

Tell us about your biggest challenge with Enea Romania.
As a team leader I would say the biggest challenge is to grow our teams successfully. To find and integrate many experienced people in a defined time period.

Enea Romania represents a challenge and a great opportunity to help create and grow a team of experienced people, that will be able to deliver the desired results in terms of QUALITY and PROFICIENCY. Also, working at Enea Romania gives me a great chance to take on more responsibilities and further develop my skills as a team leader.
